		<description>This is tough.  It&#039;s tough for an entrepreneur to think that anything less then the best is good for his baby.  And it&#039;s hard (for a non-lawyer) to not think size = quality.  I would be tempted, by default, to feel the same about IB and accounting firms too.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Since I had no references, I went with the smallest firm I could find that still had a dedicated VC or Emerging Company practice that had (minimum) two attorneys dedicated to just that.  Thus far I&#039;ve been pleased with the attention they&#039;ve given me and the absence of snobbery.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Interestingly, it was the latter I was most afraid of receiving, not lack of the former.  I was scared to death of them treating me like a 12 year old imbecile due to this being my first funding effort.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;This was an awesome post.  Great structure.</description>
