Patrick Bombach has 11+ years of sophisticated corporate and securities law experience, including 6 years at three major national law firms: Heller Ehrman LLP, Gray Cary LLP (DLA Piper) and most recently Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. in Silicon Valley.

Patrick has counseled acquirers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions valued at over $9 billion, has represented private companies and venture capital firms in over 50 venture capital and strategic financings, and has advised numerous clients with respect to public offerings and SEC reporting requirements.  In his corporate practice, Patrick has worked with clients ranging from small, privately-held startups to large multinational corporations, including ALZA Corporation, Fluidigm Corporation, Raychem Corporation, Synplicity, Inc. and Tesla Motors, Inc.; and his transactional experience covers many industries, including software, biotech, semiconductor and telecommunications.  Patrick has also served as general counsel and director of business development at a San Francisco-based software startup, where he was responsible for business development, licensing and strategic alliances.

Patrick graduated from the University of Texas, El Paso (B.BA with honors) and Columbia Law School (J.D.).  He is a member of the California and Texas Bars and is Of Counsel to the firm.
