Ki Ingersol has 15+ years of broad corporate law experience, including (i) 4+ years at major law firms in Denver and the San Francisco Bay Area and (ii) 8+ years performing General Counsel duties at venture and private equity funded technology companies operating in California. Mr. Ingersol also has strong business and strategic experience as Director of Strategic Development at Xing Technology Corporation (an MP3 technology company, which was acquired by RealNetworks), as a middle-market investment banker and as Chairman of the Board of an M&A consolidation of video-game developers (the domestic participants of which raised $150MM from Francisco Partners).
Mr. Ingersol has extensive experience negotiating and documenting mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, and a broad range of corporate and technology agreements, including licensing agreements, strategic partnership agreements, services agreements, employment and consulting agreements, OEM agreements and vendor agreements. In connection with his representation of Cisco Systems, Inc. while working at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP, he received a Cisco “Legal Excellence” award for his assistance in the development of contract negotiation playbooks.
Mr. Ingersol graduated from Harvard University (B.A.), Harvard Law School (J.D.) and the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA (M.B.A.) and is a member of the California and Colorado Bars. He is Of Counsel to the firm.
