Christina Saber has 13+ years of sophisticated corporate and securities law experience, including 7+ years in New York City as an associate at Mayer Brown and Schulte Roth & Zabel.
Christina has extensive experience in public and private financings, loan facilities, securities law matters and corporate governance matters. She also has substantial experience drafting and negotiating a broad range of corporate agreements and documents. She focuses primarily on startup counseling, organizational matters and financings.
Christina graduated from the University of Wisconsin (B.A.); Fordham University School of Law (J.D.), where she was Associate Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property Law Journal; and Universite Pantheon-Assas, Paris II (LL.M.). She is a member of the New York Bar and is Of Counsel to the firm.
