In my quest for VC, I always look to angels with a passion for life, which does not include money.  If the VC is passionate about your idea, product or service, your on the road to captial. 		<description>Hey Nivi - I&#039;d say about 50% of the time they will do some digging.  Indeed, there is a strong correlation between aggressive deal terms and aggressive diligence.  Moreover, the angel groups (like Tech Coast Angels) have a field day with diligence - with lots of cooks in the kitchen.  Happy Holidays.</description>
