Morgan) and private equity firms (e.g., Apollo) in transactions valued in the billions of dollars.
He graduated from Cornell University (A.B.), St. John’s University School of Law (J.D.) and New York University School of Law (LL.M., Corporation Law) and is a member of the California, New York and Washington, D.C. Bars and numerous Bar committees, including the Committee on Mergers and Acquisitions and the Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee, each of the American Bar Association.
